… was recently recognized as a FeastRVA finalist (see me in the middle picture). FEAST began in Brooklyn as a way to change the way we think about funding creative projects. We can’t all be private investors, but we can form opinions, pool our resources, and have a really good time doing it.
Since 2009, the Brooklyn FEAST project has raised over $15,000 in support of the arts. Feast RVA is not just an extension of this communal spirit, it’s custom-fitted to Richmond’s unique artistic personality. We’re Richmonders who want to help other Richmonders, and through a culture of generosity, we can make a difference in our city.
Feast RVA connects Richmond’s creative talent with creative enthusiasm. A not-for-profit, community-driven organization, Feast RVA funds local projects through a process that’s both democratic and delicious.
The STEM-Law Education Initiative was proud to invited to this event and we are maximizing on the connections we made that night!
